By using Sunday Showings (sundayshowings.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
Sunday Showings is a discovery and route-planning tool for open houses. We are not a brokerage, and using this site does not create any agency or representation relationship between you and Sunday Showings. Any Realtor you're connected with through the "Talk to a Realtor" feature acts independently, and any agreement or relationship you form is between you and that Realtor or brokerage.
Your account and contact information
When you create an account, you agree that Sunday Showings may share your name and contact information with trusted home-service companies we work with (such as movers, home inspectors, lenders, insurance providers and contractors), who may contact you about their services. You can stop this sharing anytime under Contact preferences on your account page or by emailing us; it applies to sharing from then on.
When you sign up you can also choose to let a local Realtor contact you to help with your home search. This is turned on by default and you can turn it off at sign-up or anytime under Contact preferences. Realtors who contact you act independently of Sunday Showings.
Listing information
Open house dates, times, addresses, and listing details are provided for convenience and should be independently verified before you travel, especially for time-sensitive details like open house hours. Listings and schedules can change without notice, and we are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or inaccuracies in third-party listing data. Any content labeled as demo or sample data does not represent real, currently available listings.
Tour planning tool
The "Build My Tour" feature suggests a route and ordering based on the information available to us at the time. It is a planning aid, not a guarantee of travel time, road conditions, or open house availability. You are responsible for verifying addresses, hours, and directions before and during your visit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access it using automated means outside normal browsing (such as scraping or bulk data extraction), interfering with its normal operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
Third-party links and advertising
This site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Showings is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on listing information, tour routes, or Realtor connections made through the site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
