- Find open houses. Search a city, ZIP or address, or just look at the map. Every public open house in the area is on it, with its time.
- Tap + Add to Tour on the homes you want to see. They collect in the My Tour tab.
- Optimize. Set your date, start time and starting point, then press Optimize My Route. We put the homes in the best driving order so you reach each one while it's open.
- Go. Open the route in Apple or Google Maps, add the stops to your calendar, and save notes on each home as you visit.
Questions
Why didn't one of my homes make the route?
Its open house didn't fit between your start and stop times, or it's too far from the others to reach while it's open. The itinerary tells you which home and why. Start earlier, stop later, or mark it Must see on the My Tour tab and we'll build the route around it.
Do I need an account?
No - you can search and build a tour without one. An account saves your tours and notes so you can come back to them, and lets you get the weekly email for a saved search.
Where do the listings come from?
Straight from the MLS (NTREIS) through the IDX program, refreshed about every hour. Open-house times can change, so the home's own page always has the latest.
Can I see homes that are open another day?
Yes - change When at the top of the search to a specific day or date range. The My Tour tab also shows the other days your picked homes are open.
How do I change my starting point?
On the My Tour tab, open Modify my tour and type an address, or tap the location button to use where you are. On the map, the arrow button at the bottom left recenters on you.
Can my Realtor see my tour?
Only if you send it to them. On the itinerary, Request a Realtor shares the tour with a local agent, or your own agent can send you a tour they built for you.
Is it free?
Yes. Sunday Showings is free for buyers; it's supported by ads on the website and by Realtor tools.
I'm a Realtor - what's here for me?
Build and send tours to clients, share your personal link so your clients' tours attach to you, and use the open-house tools: flyers, sign-in sheets with a QR code, seller reports and visitor follow-up. See For Realtors.
